As of the 1st of April 2010, Connections Adventures was re-branded as Topdeck Australia & New Zealand.
Essentially, the aim of this recent acquisition and name change was to combine Connections Adventures’ awesome product range with the strength of the fast growing Topdeck brand. As well as this, Connections Adventures and Topdeck have many shared values and one overriding selling point, that is, all trips are designed for young people, or in our terms “18 to 30 somethings”.
Topdeck has experienced phenomenal growth in recent years. A unique blend of innovative itineraries, competitive prices, passionate road crew (which we modestly claim are the world’s best!) and a quality product which we are always looking to improve, are some of the reasons Topdeck has been readily embraced by it’s expanding client base.
Our belief is that in combining two awesome brands we can now offer a range of trips in Australia and New Zealand that have no equal.
James Nathan, Managing Director and shareholder of Topdeck, is going back to his roots with this latest acquisition. He co-founded Connections Adventures in 1976 and remains passionate about the business as well as spreading the Topdeck brand down under.
